Menuplicity.com is maintained on the World Wide Web by Take Out Food International, Inc. (“TOFI”). TOFI knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This Privacy Statement describes our privacy policy with respect to information that we collect.
TOFI is based in the United States of America. Through this web site, we provide customers with a convenient way to access menus and place orders for take-out and delivery from hundreds of restaurants throughout our service area. This Privacy Statement covers TOFI and its web site www.menuplicity.com.
The information we gather falls into two categories: (1) personal information you supply, and (2) tracking information collected as you navigate through our site.
We will collect personally identifiable information whenever you do the following:
1. Register and place orders with Menuplicity.com. When you create an account, update your account profile, or place an order on this site, we collect personally identifiable information such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address. We may also collect information about your restaurant preferences and the orders you place. We use this information to process your registration and communicate with you about your account and orders that you place. We also use this information to manage your account and customize and enhance the services we provide. Unless you indicate otherwise, we may use the information you provide to contact you about products and services offered by us or by the restaurants whose menus are available on this site (the “Participating Restaurants”). When you place an order with Menuplicity.com, we will share your name and menu selections and, to the extent required for delivery or to confirm pick-up, your address and telephone number with the Participating Restaurant from whom you have placed an order so that your order can be fulfilled. We will also collect your credit card information when you place an order. For added safety, each time you use your credit card to place an order on our site, you must enter the card verification value (CVV) number. Sometimes the three- or four-digit CVV number is printed on the signature panel on the back of your card immediately after the card’s account number and other times it can be found on the front of the card above the account number. We apologize for the inconvenience, but believe that the safety benefits warrant this action.

If you complete a survey, we will use the information you provide to help us enhance this site and the products and services we offer.
